I had a crazy busy weekend with flying to Arizona, moving one of my kids to a new apartment, sweating to death during said move because it was 111 outside, not drinking enough water, and flying back... It put my legs threw the ringer. Heavy, swollen and achy. Then I did our compression therapy and you know what? They felt so much better and looked so much better, but that’s not the craziest part.
