High and lows are apart of life nevertheless when you have consistently poured into yourself.

Progress is about so much more than a number on the scale which has fluctuated so much these last 3 years:

Comparing October 2023 to August 2026, I’m grateful for the changes I can both see and feel:

• Back pain has significantly decreased
• Headaches and migraines went from several times a week to about once a month
• Knee pain is gone
• Anterior pelvic tilt has greatly improved
• Core strength has increased
• Forward-head/anterior neck posture has improved
• Overall strength, stability, and body awareness continue to improve

This journey has been about building a stronger, more functional body—not chasing perfection.

Small, consistent changes add up. I’m thankful for the progress and excited to keep learning, strengthening, and taking care of the body God has given me.

Everyone's journey is different. Mine, like most, has been filled with hills and valleys. What was once a love-hate relationship with my health has finally turned into loving myself enough to make it a priority.

I spent a year working with a trainer from 2023-2024, and during that time I learned how to truly push myself-mentally, emotionally, and physically. Each of those areas is crucial to overall health.

When we begin to balance these parts of our lives, it benefits not only us, but everyone around us. First and foremost, I've focused on healing a little each day by accepting Jesus' love, grace, and forgiveness. Emotional healing supports mental and physical healing. When we release our burdens, it becomes easier to focus on sleep, hydration, nutrition, our kids, work, and even rest.

And that balance is where true wellness begins.

I have reduced body fat and gained 10 lbs of muscle this year.
