Hey babes! Did you know that your scalp naturally secrets oils from your sebaceous gland?

This oil supplies nutrients to about 2 inches of your hair from root to shaft. For this reason it is truly not necessary to oil one’s scalp. Adding oil to the scalp can cause your pours to clog.

For that reason, when oiling your locs, you can simply place the oil in the palm of your hands and rub it down your locs! 😌🔐
