This oil is awesome! Definitely a favorite oil in our home. We are never without a spare bottle, lately I try to have 2 unopened!

Thieves goes on my children's feet each night while healthy. If they come down with an illness, I use this on their feet every 2 hours. If we are battling a sore throat, I will add a drop of this and lemon to some honey.

We will diffuse this oil at least once every 2 days while healthy and twice a day while someone is battling an illness. My favorite is to diffuse thieves with either orange or peppermint!! Mmmm-mmm!!

This amazing oil is part of the every day oils kit that comes in the premium starter kit! Who is ready of a healthier 2015?

Peppermint and Lemon!!! Both played a major roll in our house yesterday.

Peppermint is my go to for nagging coughs, ticklish throats, upset tummies, burning sensation in chest from acid or over-eating, even for the pain I can get in my head. I love this combined with lemon (and sometimes lavender) in the diffuser. Yesterday I used it on my littles feet for an elevated body temperature.
This oil is very strong! It's considered a hot oil, be sure to dilute with use.
Lemon is amazing! We love it in water! I've used it on my little guys spine for the past few nights to combat an elevated body temerature. We add this to warm tea with some honey when we have a nagging cough. Some have even said to use lemon (instead of peppermint) for the burning sensation in the stomach/chest! Lemon (and peppermint) are great for cooking and baking!
