TODAY I ENCOURAGED THE GOVERNOR TO ALLOW THE COSMETOLOGY INDUSTRY IN LOUISIANA TO RE-OPEN. If we follow appropriate safety guidelines, now is the time for our barber shops and hair salons to go back in business. Allowing for re-opening does not require these businesses to re-open, or require customers to avail themselves of these services. However, it does give people the opportunity to make their own decisions.
