Kayla Woodruff Therapeutic Massage

I want to talk about why I love what I do. For many people, the 50 or 80 minutes per month that they are on my table is the only time someone is taking care of them. They aren't tied to their phone, their kids, their partners, their jobs. It's time for them to let go and focus on what their bodies have been screaming at them.

I get the opportunity to listen to the muscles, the fascia and the breath. I get to feel where the tension lies. I have the pleasure of assisting the body to let go. To break pain cycles. To allow people to feel free from the outside noise and listen to what their body has been saying.

My favorite phrase to hear is " I didn't know I hurt there". How incredible that I am able to assist people in understanding their bodies more fully.

So when was the last time that you checked in with yourself fully?
