Scratch Therapy is now available as an add-on to my 30-min Siren Scalp Ritual 🧜♀️
Light, rhythmic scalp scratching helps calm the nervous system, boost circulation, and melt away mental tension. It’s one of those “I didn’t know I needed this” moments — deeply soothing and oddly addictive.
Perfect if you:
• hold stress in your scalp
• struggle with anxiety or mental fatigue
• just want to sink deeper into relaxation
Trust me… your scalp will thank you 💆♀️✨
I’d do anything to experience my own head spa 🤭
scalp massages are my favorite, how about you?

We’re growing! 🌱

My client experiences seborrheic dermatitis and came in during an active flare. 🥵 Unfortunately it doesn’t always show up the same way. Sometimes it chronically flares up, calms down and fluctuates so in this session, instead of pushing the scalp too far, it was all about a gentle, supportive approach. 🫧
When the scalp is inflamed, less is more! 📝
Instead of over-exfoliating, we focused on:
• Soothing inflammation
• Removing buildup without disruption
• Supporting the scalp barrier
• Creating a healthier environment for long-term balance
No harsh exfoliation.
No aggressive stimulation.
Just intentional care tailored to what her scalp needed today.💆♀️
If you’re struggling with flakes, itch, or flare-ups, you don’t have to navigate it alone! Let’s meet where you scalp is and create a plan because your scalp deserves supportive AND intentional care. 🥰
