Do not enroll in Groupon as a merchant, do not buy Groupons as a customer. I started offering discounts through Groupon at the beginning of January. I was happy with the clients it was bringing me, sure. But I still have not been paid for the entire time I've been enrolled in Groupon since then. They keep saying they'll pay me the next week, then the next week, then the next. Now they're saying March 6th. Their customer service representatives have 0 power, and don't seem to be very knowledgeable. Ugh. Just don't do it.
