Join a 90-minute Group Sound Bath Session, where you are immersed in a relaxing & rejuvenating group experience. Each of my sound baths is a healing activation, infused with energy healing.

During the Sound Bath, I play a variety of instruments (i.e., sound bowls, handpan, xylophone, etc.) & use vocals (i.e., toning & chanting) to provide a healing experience that promotes peace and restoration!

remember to stop,
& breathe.
lay still & watch the clouds
roll by.
feel your shoulders relax
more deeply with each breath.
you are not falling behind,
but exactly on time.

I spent my day on the Wildcat. 🙂 🚣‍♀️🎣🛟
What a great way to beat the heat!

While there, I saw a crawfish, a baby catfish, lots of cool rocks, a red dragonfly, 2 vultures on a branch, a deer, and more. I swam in the water until my nervous system relaxed. I laid in the yak and tied it to a log, & stared up at the trees—breathing deeply, enjoying the slow pace of the day.

I have been working super hard & needed the break. I couldn't ask for a more perfect day. 😌

What summer activities have you been doing? 🫪
