In honor of Mother’s Day tomorrow I’d like to make a sappy post about this young lady right here.

This is my MA. Her name is MaryAnn and she came into my life when I was about 10 years old. She took on a role that in my opinion, was very challenging! She treated me as one of her own and did her best with what I gave her. To the rest of the world, she’s my step-mom but to me… she’s my mom. I didn’t make her life easy growing up but she never treated me different or loved me any less.

As an adult and a mother myself, I look up to her in every way. She is hard working and well, she’s put up with my dad for a very long time!😉 She gives the best advice and somehow can make a bed look like something from a magazine and for the life of me, I can’t figure out how she does it! A real life role model.

She IS the GOAT and I hope to someday be as good of a woman as she is!

Happy Mother’s Day MA! We love you to the moon and back! We miss you and we hope you have the best day because you deserve it! Thank you for everything you do! ❤️

Hey Fran’s! Heads up!!!!!!!

Happy Friday! So I gotta close early today (Friday) at about 3:30pm. (I know, I’m so sorry! I tried to go yesterday afternoon but couldn’t get away)

I have to run to get my monthly labs done. They close at 4:15pm. I was going to try and be first one this morning and knock it out but according to the Google, they are usually hoppin first thing but dead by the afternoon so I’ll just be their last one today.

Also! My church is doing family night at the park tonight for the Lagrange College Panthers baseball team. It’s alumni weekend, so if ya’ll want something to do with the kiddos tonight, come join us! It’s going to be fun! Free admission and the game starts at 7pm!!! Hope to see you there!!!!!!!

What a treat!!! I was just thinking this morning that I was in need of a pick me up and the sweet ladies at Downtown Nutrition - Lagrange, GA surprised us with some yummy teas AND a parfait!!! It is so good! It’s banana pudding and it’s heavenly! (They just started those)

These young ladies always take such good care of us and keep us going during busy season and I am so grateful for them!!! Thank you girls! ❤️

I have been so busy that I didn’t even pay attention until I got home from work today. Do you know what today is? It’s our birthday!

3/16/2020 I chose that date for a reason.

This all started all with a key, faith over fear and people like you. I wouldn’t be here today without you guys. I can say it a million times and it still doesn’t feel like enough. You guys help make this dream possible everyday. I am eternally grateful! I have worked my butt off every single day for this and I will continue to so I can serve my community. I appreciate each and every one of you! Watching your kids grow up, first dates, engagements, weddings, promotions ect. I appreciate you guys letting me be apart of it all!

I love you guys! Here’s to many more birthdays as a family! ❤️

I will be CLOSED tomorrow morning! I am talking to some seniors from the High School who are interested in this field for a career when they graduate. They called and asked for me to speak to them and I couldn’t say no!

So the shop phone went to heaven today🕊️, if you called and couldn’t hear me today, I promise I was yelling and trying to make it work so y’all could hear me 🤦🏻‍♀️ We got a new one after work so it’ll back up and running tomorrow! ✌🏻

😳Alsoooooooo, as if my cup hadn’t run-eth over already, I did get a surprise phone call bright and early (before it finally died) from one of the High Schools asking me if some seniors could shadow next week who are interested in Cosmetology/Barbering after they graduate. So obviously I said of course! I don’t have all the details yet, buuuuut when I do, I’ll let you guys know first thing because I may have to be closed for a little bit to get this done for them. ❤️

Pretty cool right?! So stay tuned for that.

Hey fam!

Listen up. When I hear about another momma like me working her butt off, putting her children through school and starting a business from scratch all by herself, I am all in! I know what it’s like. It’s scary, hard, exhausting and rewarding all in one! Everyone please meet Vontina Irvin. This sweet, hard working woman goes to church with me and she’s got a charcuterie board business going. She was kind enough to come feed us last night at church. It was incredible! It was too pretty to eat!

If anyone has a meeting, wedding, rehearsal dinner, baby shower, birthday party ect coming up, I highly recommend getting with her to come out. She is AWESOME!

I am proud of you! Have faith! You will do big things! ❤️❤️❤️
