Hi! I wanted to introduce myself: I'm Michelle, a Laguna local since 2017, but a born and raised Jersey girl who grew up in the world of competitive dance!
Dance, not only, taught me proper technique and discipline, but, also mind and body positivity. After graduating from Arizona State University in 2011, I quickly realized a desk job wasn't for me! That's when my fitness career began. I started with teaching hot yoga, but soon after, fell in love with Barre in 2012. I'm so excited to share my positivity and passion of barre with all!👯‍♀️✨🖤

When I'm not teaching or taking barre class, I love to spend time at the beach with my husband, Matt, and boxer, Cali, who you may catch a time or two at the studio!🐶⛱️
