9 days vs. 30 days.

I’ve lost 10 pounds but I didn’t realize how much I’d see it in my face until I put these photos side by side.

The biggest changes for me haven’t just been the number on the scale.

I just don’t bloat anymore. My energy feels steady all day. My focus is so much better. My mood has totally improved.

And now I’m finally starting to see those changes in the mirror, too.

I haven’t changed my diet or done anything drastic. For me, it just feels like my body is finally finding its balance.
