Goodbye and Thank You

My lovely clients after serving Laguna Niguel / Dana Point orange county for the past 10 years I have made the decision to finally close my doors and sell my business.

First of all, this is a love letter to all of my clients to Thank each one of you for supporting my small business for the last decade. Thank you for giving a young girl like me from Philippines a chance to serve all of you.

A decade of beauty, serving the community and so much hard work with 5 star reviews. Serving hundreds of clients in Orange County, LA and even some clients from other states to fly and come see me with not 1 bad review will be my proudest moment of my life.

As you may not know being a business owner wasn’t part of my plan but when I first established DMB in 2016, California law have changed and eliminated independent contractors that have forced me to become a small business. Through word of mouth from my loyal clients and co-workers my small business has made a small name in the community.

I have reached the top to the best of my ability but sadly sometimes hard work isn’t enough. The world has changed since the pandemic, the rising cost of living in California and most importantly California government and laws for small businesses have changed tremendously which led me to my decision.

I am crying and at the same time smiling while writing this last newsletter as I did not realize how much I have accomplished in the last several years. And to my clients thank you for reminding me everyday to be proud of myself.

I embarking into a new journey of self-love and new beginnings. To my clients some of you have become like my best friends to me, you have heard all my sad stories, my victories and my heart aches. I will forever cherish the memories I have spent with all of you. And I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting me and my small business all throughout these years.

We’ve been through it all, pandemic, inflation and recessions together and Thank God we are all healthy and getting stronger.

As for me, I have bigger dreams to accomplish, have a family of my own and to continue to grow and evolve.

My work ends in the studio end of August so if you would like to book an appointment with me and serve you one last time please do so.
