So much inspiration happens when we attend attend continuing education at PBA.. Here are a few trends I was Inspired by this year, texture, new techniques in perming, the s**g. Foliage to prevent brassiness, keeping the hair healthy, some products to thicken hair and prevent hair loss. Of coarse lots of hair you can buy for extensions, added pieces, halo’s etc.

Attending with our salon team was a blast, this week we have been sharing ideas with our valued clients in the salon and each other. Our team of Stylists at Howard Jones Salon and Spa all talented and creative. I would love to give you a Luxury experience and shiny, chic, sexy, healthy hair.

Instead of using the Red Blue Green color I’m familiar with being a color expert with hair for 25 years. Mixing equal parts often get brown. we studied the system of yellow %100, magenta100% red, cyan 100%Blue. And key color black.
Marylou Manove did an excellent job in the color kinetics class of explaining the root colors and how to mix exact mathematical results and identify color origins precisley.
Im sure all you printers, material and yarn manufacturers, artists and video graphic gurus know this already.
However this theory has already helped me in my hair-color, personal styling, makeup plus I fixed my printer easily at home. I can see how this practical and useful information can help my art form. Thank you Marylou for putting so much work into this class to make my craft easier and fun!!

The Color Kinetics class at Mary Lou Manlove’s was fantastic. She provided a mathematical,, scientific and comprehensive look at the color wheel. It explained clearly where colors come from, the why and how to choose colors with confidence. Lisa and Bernie were fun to work with, we decided she need to bring this class to CDI next year. This information is a must have for creating Color Fans, Artists and Hair Stylists...
