I’m so grateful to be here to visit family & friends I grew up with. My boys are so stoked on everything they see. But I’m even more thankful that I’m on this wellness journey with my whole family. Prioritizing health is important. Do not EVER underestimate the daily power of true hydration, kangen is a game changer. First stop was supposed to be the water store but with crying car baby we’re going to wait till Fri when we leave the city. It’s a huge eye opener that when we don’t have our water we can feel it instantly like a thirst we can’t quench.

This sloshy filtered water is just sitting in my stomach and not absorbing like ionized water does.💕also shower filters & minerals are gold.

Second stop Trader Joe’s. Healthy snacks , protein & boocha. Looking forward to some home cooked meals. Of course we loaded up at the sugar store it’s all a balance right ?
