We completed the Thai Herbal and Food As Medicine course today with a hot herbal bed. This is traditional medicine and I am happy to announce there is only one more course for me to complete at this beautiful education center. I am grateful to our teachers and the ones that taught them.

Day 7: Food as Medicine and Thai herbal remedies

Face and decongestant steam followed by the best herbal foot bath.

Self care and herbal care, a match made in “heaven” AKA the Kingdom of Thailand

2 more days of this amazing course
