It’s with so much love and gratitude that I share some exciting news — I’ve officially sold The Hive Salon & Spa to follow my next chapter as a Cosmetology Instructor at The Ritz Academy.

The Hive has been my heart for so many years, and every conversation, laugh, and transformation within those walls has meant more to me than words can express. Thank you for trusting me with your beauty, your stories, and your friendship. You’ve helped me grow not only as a stylist, but as a person.

While this new path allows me to pour my passion into teaching the next generation of stylists, please know I’m still doing hair — and I’d love to continue seeing your beautiful faces in my chair.

Hi, I’m Bailey. I’m a blonding specialist working out of a cozy salon suite inside of The Hive Salon.

I’ve been in the beauty industry for 5 years, and I specialize in all things blonding. From full foils, to dimensional lived in color, and even major color corrections. I’m passionate about giving my clients hair that looks effortless and is easy to maintain!

My clients describe me as laid back but detail obsessed, and I pride myself on making every appointment feel relaxed and at home, like we’re just two besties hanging out!!

Fun fact: I have synesthesia. I see colors when I look at people. If we talk long enough, I’ll probably color match you in my head lol.

My go to product is Bumble and Bumble’s HIO Primer. It’s a heat protectant, UV shield, and leave in conditioner all in one. Basically a blonde’s best friend!
