Our entire team strives daily to provide you with the highest quality experience. This is why we find ourselves with mixed emotions regarding a recent interaction with a client's fiancé, which we feel is important to address transparently.
Recently, this client contacted us regarding a full set that was done at our salon. Based on the photos provided, the natural nail regrowth is at over 80%, indicating that the set was worn for over two months.

On one hand, we take pride in using premium products and meticulous techniques so that your nails last long enough to truly reflect the value of your investment. On the other hand, professional nail health guidelines exist for a reason. We always strongly advise our clients to follow these essential care steps:

-Refills Every 2–3 Weeks
Depending on your natural nail growth rate, routine fills are necessary to maintain the structural balance of the enhancement.

-Full Set Replacements:
We recommend a complete removal and a fresh full set after every 2 to 3 refills. This prevents old product from lifting, which can trap water underneath and cause moisture buildup, mold, or fungal infections.

-Professional Removals Only:
We strictly discourage DIY removals at home, as improper techniques can severely damage and thin your natural nail beds.

When acrylic extensions grow past the halfway point of your natural nail, the balance shifts. Any sudden impact or pressure on the tip can act as a lever, ripping the extension off along with your natural nail and causing painful damage to the underlying tissue.
Regrettably, despite our best efforts to resolve this matter gently and professionally, the client's fiancé refused to acknowledge these industry-standard care guidelines and held our technicians responsible for the resulting damage.
