Baby Burk is calling me to slow down much more than anticipated. So we will be limiting our treatments per day. I will do my best to get everyone accommodated before my practice closes. But, please be patient as my physical capacity isn’t what it used to be.

All of this still seems so surreal. 🥲

I’ve been pretty emotional with the amount of
“Can we go ahead and schedule the rest of my appointments until you leave? “ request I have been getting lately.

I think our clinic move and last trip to South Carolina has put into perspective of the amount of finite time I have left with my people. During this season of immense change, it’s really hard for me to imagine rebuilding an entire clientele and relationships again, after the last decade. Then, messages like these have been easing the anticipatory goodbye, knowing I’ll find my people again.

As of now, my scheduled last day is December 10th. And, honestly, I don’t know if I’ll make it that long.

My plan is to work as long as I am physically able. But, I can tell my body is already slowing down faster than I anticipated.

Postpartum care is *just* as important as prenatal care! Your body is healing after birth and coming back together. I LOVE postpartum because if you had postural issues before, it's a great time to help correct those as your body is developing new patterns.

Often after having a baby, your back pain improves but your neck and upper back pain worsens from holding, feeding, and looking down admiring your baby for long periods.

We also love taking x-rays so we can get a visual on where your body is at and where it should be!

✨New clients: $75 deposit for first appointment.
✨Same-day cancellations: 100% service charge
✨Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% service charge
✨24+ hours’ notice: no fee
