My practice is rooted in the belief that touch is medicine, a language that speaks to the body, mind, and spirit. Massage, in my hands, is liberation 🪷
During your session, you’ll notice intentional lighting and colors throughout the space. These colors are selected to complement the massage experience and help create an environment that encourages rest, comfort, and nervous system regulation. While color therapy is not a medical treatment, many people find that certain colors help them feel more relaxed, grounded, and connected to themselves🫂
