I’ve spent my entire 20s building this career. Growing behind the chair, learning, evolving, taking chances and eventually taking the leap to build a salon of my own. So much of who I am has grown right alongside this business.

What makes this even more special is that so many of my clients(more like friends) have been here for nearly the entire journey🥹 You’ve followed me from chair to chair, through different seasons of life and eventually through the doors of Élan. The fact that you’ve continued to choose and support me year after year is something I will never take for granted.

To my Salon Girlies: I’m so proud of what we’re building together. Most of you have been here since the very beginning and have grown SO MUCH. Élan wouldn’t be what it is without the talent, love and energy each of you brings into this space. This win belongs to all of us 🤎
