Gator Family Fitness

I am going to start my fitness walks on here everyday starting tomorrow so it will be 30 minutes in my yard and 30 minutes on my vibration plate! Right now that are the two exercises I am going with and I will be working on my merch!

I want to do my first 5K with my Bestie!

We will be coming out with Merch soon! I am looking to do online exercise classes chairs and standing!!!

I am starting to do so much more and I would like to do online classes of chair exercises, beginner exercises. I have a treadmill and A vibration plate and I will be using them. Weights and resistance bands. Plus Groovin Gator Gyrl and that would be like a half a hour walking or dancing. All it takes is movement and we are going to move! So get ready for it!

Make sure you do this everyday get yourself motivated and be consistent and trust the process!

Hi Everyone! I am just getting everything up in running! I have been working on my own health journey! A long the way since I am disabled on my right side I want to improve myself so I can help so many more people like any of you!
I am wearing stem cell patches and they have nothing on them it works with the patch, your body and light. I have been wearing them for over a month lost 20 lbs and I am getting strength back and no pain. I love this! I will never try anything else! This is my lifesaver!
