Gray blending, but make it lived in 🤎

✨The goal wasn’t to cover every gray or create a harsh line we’d have to chase every few weeks. We used balayage to blend everything together, adding brightness and dimension while letting her natural gray become part of the color instead of something we needed to hide.

✨Then we finished with a calligraphy cut to give her hair softness, movement, and those piecey ends that make the whole color come to life.

✨Pretty hair that grows out beautifully and doesn’t demand your entire calendar. My favorite kind. ✨

At this point, red-violet isn’t just Erika’s hair color, it’s basically part of her personality. 🍷😂

✨We refreshed her rich red-violet, added a fresh cut with lots of movement, and apparently that wasn’t enough of a makeover for one appointment because she left with our new Willow & Jade sardine tee too. 🐟😂

✨The best part about a red-violet like this is how much it changes in different lighting. Sometimes deeper and moodier, sometimes that violet pops through, and sometimes you get that gorgeous flash of red.

✨Fresh hair + fresh salon merch feels like a pretty successful appointment to me.
