This is my opinion and simply what has worked for me. We won’t all agree because we’re not all a match and that’s ok. The choices we make today can affect us and the people we love not only now, but years from now. Choose with your future in mind.

We all have to find our own practices that bring us peace, happiness and relaxation. We can’t put the responsibility for our happiness on someone else. Find something that uplifts you and make room for it in your life.

One of my goals is to stay active and independent as I get older. When my knee was bothering me, I started working on my strength with squats, and now I’m able to do cardio regularly. I’m working toward the life I want for myself.

As we wind down the week, remember to take care of yourself, too. Have your own goals, tend to your own needs, and then decide how you can show up for others. A peaceful life includes you. 🌿 WindingDownTheWeek

Today I’m carefully removing my nail tips and gel polish before applying a fresh set. Taking your time during removal helps protect your natural nails and creates a better foundation for your next manicure.

My sunflower is growing so beautifully.🌻 The leaves look healthy, and now I have three stems. It’s amazing to watch nature grow one day at a time.
