Eddie was a Marine Sniper on his 3rd tour of duty in Northern Iraq. On April 13th ,2005 while on a mission he was shot twice in the head. One bullet piercing his brain the other his jaw. Eddie’s Marines rescued him under intense machine gun fire with no regard for their own lives. Not expected to live Sgt Eddie Ryan survived with even doctors and nurses calling him the ‘Miracle Marine’ . Eddie lives in Lake George with his parents today rehabbing and making small gains.
