My intentions were to get orders out Monday but I have been back in forth I hospital and most likely will have to have surgery 😩 I e been in so much pain I’ve lost 25lbs in less than a month - most likely from throwing up for weeks and can barely eat

This is so annoying but please bear with me AGAIN I’m trying my best here.

Hoping for tomorrow!! 🙏🙏
