This person must be:

Pleasant to work with - Hair is fun and a fabulous industry to be in but it is also serious business. As hair professionals, we know when to flip the switch from fun and games, to game-on and so should you. Bring a friendly, positive, professional attitude and you'll do well.

An organizational wizard - As creative people we can get a little scattered at times. We need you to keep us on track and on time for when our next guest arrives. The beauty business is amazing but it is also a lot of work so multi-tasking and self-direction is a must.

A do-er - We're smart and innovative and need you to be too. We'll give you training and guidelines but you need to be able to take initiative and roll with it.

Detail oriented - We have zero tolerance for things falling through the cracks. The right person takes pride in crossing their t's and dotting their i's.

Goal minded - We're obsessed with learning and excelling. It's our top priority to ensure that every member of the team is working to achieve their professional dreams and this includes our support staff too!
