It seems simple, because in my opinion it genuinely is. If you pay attention to detail, listen to your horse, give your horse what it needs, they will give back. Care for your horse as your partner/fellow athlete because that is what they are. Instead of quick fixes, listen & pay attention to what they’re trying to tell you. Start from the root, work within & go past the surface rather then sticking a bandaid over the issue just to get your horse down the alley, in the box, in the show ring, on the track, or whatever your sport may be, it all correlates.
If they feel their best, if they’re cared for their best, they will perform their best & not just to make one run, we want longevity and consistency.
This, also connects with your horses mind.
Healthy muscle tissue, healthy joints, healthy digestive health, Proper equipment fit, Proper diet, and of course a good performance horse care regimen = Healthy mind, well performing horse.
And of course what we all want, consistency.
