The skin you want in January starts with how you take care of it now!

Good skincare takes time and consistency, and October is the perfect time to get serious about your routine. A few months of using the right products consistently can make a real difference in your skin.

Not sure where to start? Send me a DM and let’s find the right products for your skin!

Witch, please! 🧙‍♀️🍂🎃

A little wreath making, a lot of laughing, and the best kind of fall brunch with friends. 🍁🧡

The room is coming together, and I have to say… I’m getting pretty excited about what’s taking shape.

There’s been a lot happening behind the scenes, and I’m getting closer to sharing the whole picture. 👀

Let’s just say… 1 Face at a Time is entering a new chapter.

And Ballantyne girls… I have a feeling you’re going to like what’s coming. 🤍

Scared one syringe of filler is too much?

In reality, it’s only about the size of a grape. Seeing the actual amount puts it into perspective, doesn’t it?

Turns out “put a Band-Aid on it” gets a lot more expensive in your 40s.

Now it’s Botox, filler, skincare and a B12 shot because apparently sleep isn’t fixing this.

Please tell me I’m not the only one whose Band-Aids have gotten significantly more expensive.

Sometimes the unexpected has a way of making you slow down a little and pay attention to what’s right in front of you.

Lately, that’s meant more time with friends and family, more laughing, and appreciating the people who make life really good.

Turns out slowing down every once in a while isn’t such a bad thing.

The needle is the easy part. Knowing where it belongs is the art.

The syringe is only the tool.

The real work happens before it ever touches your skin.
I’m looking at your anatomy. Your expressions. Your proportions. What moves. What doesn’t. What needs something—and what doesn’t.

That’s the difference between injecting a face and treating a face.

New season, same skincare standards.

Fall is not the time to forget about your skin just because the summer sun is gone. Cooler weather, less humidity, and all that dry indoor air can have your skin asking what exactly you’ve done to it.

This is when I’m staying consistent with my vitamin C, adding in the hydration, keeping up with my retinoid, exfoliating when I need it, and YES… still wearing my sunscreen. Every day.

You don’t need to completely reinvent your routine every season. A few good products, a couple little adjustments, and consistency will take you a long way.

Consider these my fall essentials. What's in your cart?

I’ve been keeping a little something to myself…

Not ready to spill all the details just yet, but let’s just say things are getting VERY exciting around here.

Stay close. You’re going to want to see this

Listen… I’m just happy she remembered sunscreen.

Do I have opinions about WHICH sunscreen? Unfortunately for everyone around me, yes.

You can take the injector out of the office, but apparently you can’t take her anywhere without a skincare opinion.
