With the return of clients and all of us trying to return to a sense of normalcy, while simultaneously dealing with the rise of the COVID19 Delta Variant within our community, I unfortunately need to take a moment to review appointment protocols during these wild times.

Most of you are now familiar with these protocols, so this is just a refresher. I am reimplementing some of the steps that we were able to step back from over the later part of Spring, please do not think that I do this lightheartedly. However after much thought this week I have decided that I will be keeping these protocols in place until at least the end of 2021. It is just too difficult to have one set of protocols in place one week, then have a new set the next week, then be required to revert back to one of the old sets of protocols. It's confusing, it's frustrating, it's exhausting. For you and for me. Therefore, I am going to keep these in place through the end of the year in order to give us both some sense of normalcy and you will always know what to expect at your appointments.

So as a reminder:

*When you arrive for your appointment, please use THE MAIN EXTERIOR ENTRANCE at the very back of the building.
*Please REMAIN IN YOUR VEHICLE upon arrival.
*Please TEXT 803-810-2398 to announce your arrival & wait for me to direct you in.
*Masks are required for your appointments. If you are having a facial treatment or facial waxing that will require removal of a mask, please wear your mask until advised to remove it.
*If you are experiencing ANY SYMPTOMS on the COVID19 symptom list, please call or text immediately so that we can reschedule your appointment.
*If you are asymptomatic but have been exposed to COVID19 and are waiting for test results prior to an appointment, please call or text immediately so that we can reschedule your appointment.

I understand that these protocols can be frustrating for some of you, and I greatly appreciate your continued patience with all of this.

I DO have something exciting coming in the next few weeks, but I'm waiting until I have hard dates to say more, so hang tight. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate contacting me, and thank you again!
