Sunshower Glassworks, LLC

Sunshower Glassworks was created from the love of the art of glass, creating unique items of beauty, and having the opportunity to share them with others.

Thank you for stopping by! The beauty and versatility of glass and glass fusing is the inspiration for Sunshower Glassworks. Please check out my Etsy (www.etsy.com/shop/SunshowerGlassworks) and Instagram accounts (https://www.instagram.com/sunshower_glassworks/). I have always been fascinated with the art of glass. While living in Germany in 1988 with my husband while he was in the military, I took a stained glass class on the base. I was instantly hooked! It was a difficult hobby to maintain while relocating so frequently with fragile glass, but in 2009 after we had, "settled", I discovered the art of Glass Fusing. I loved the fact that fusing allowed such creativity and versatility. I bought my first kiln that year, and it has been a fun and exciting journey. I always look forward to that moment when I open the kiln after a firing. I hope that I can share my love of glass by sharing some of pieces with you!

I recently had such a wonderful experience with a lovely customer creating this custom order. I think I was almost as excited 🎉 as she was awaiting her best friends' receipt of the item. 💯❤️❤️❤️
