Hi, I’m Teneia! I’m a licensed massage therapist and esthetician with more than a decade of experience creating personalized, comfortable, and supportive experiences for every client. My specialties include Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, and lymphatic drainage massage, including post-operative care. I’ve also trained in reflexology, craniosacral therapy, and myofascial release, allowing me to adapt each session to your goals and comfort level.

I take my work seriously, but I love to laugh and make people feel at home. I’ve never met a stranger, and my goal is for you to feel comfortable, heard, and cared for from the moment we meet. Whether you’re seeking relief from stubborn tension, support during pregnancy or recovery, or simply time to relax and recharge, I’ll tailor your session to what you need that day.
