The heart of Establish 37. 🤍

Beautiful spaces are fun to create, but it’s the people inside of them who make Establish what it is.

Different specialties. Different personalities. Different stages of their careers. But one team with a shared desire to grow, serve people well, and continue getting better at what we do.

Establish was created to be more than a place to come to work. We wanted to build a space where beauty professionals could learn, grow their clientele, build careers, step into independence, and have a community cheering them on along the way.

From assistants just getting started to established artists building businesses of their own, there is room to grow here.

We’re proud of what we’ve built.

But we’re even more proud of who we’re building it with. 🤍

This is Establish 37.

Sometimes I look around and realize I’m living in things I used to pray for. 🤍

Not because everything is perfect or because I have it all figured out—but because so much of what once felt far away has slowly become my normal.

Getting to travel.
Investing in myself.
Building a business I love.
Doing work that still excites me.
Having a team I’m incredibly proud of.
And creating a life that gives me the freedom to be present for the people I love.

It’s easy for me to immediately move on to the next goal (and trust me, there is always a next goal 😂), but lately I’ve been trying to get better at actually noticing what God has already done.

There are still so many things I’m working toward.

But this version of my life?

She was once on the vision board too. 🤍
