I worked in the dark today.

Closed the blinds, drew the shades. Turned off the lights and worked by candlelight. Increased the heat. Drowned out traffic with notably loud white noise and calm binaural music.
Touched with intention and encouraged more relaxing services instead of what you may have booked.

Shut out the outside world for a bit today. Forced my way into changing the trajectory the day. Rest and reset the parasympathetic nervous system.

And it felt NEEDED and RECEIVED.

Summer skin is made in winter.

Winter is the ideal season for corrective treatments like microneedling and chemical peels, when UV exposure is low and your skin can safely heal and rebuild.

Once spring and summer arrive, stronger sun limits what we can do. That gives us about 3–4 months to truly improve texture, tone, and collagen.

If glowing skin by summer is the goal, now is the time to start…not later.

My small business, Sage + Arch, won BEST Aesthetic Center of Lakeville for the 4th year in a row! I am so grateful and thankful! It blows my mind as business of 1, I can make a big enough difference in a small amount of faces to win your vote and this award.

It means the world to be voted as the best place to get a facial in my hometown. I will continue to keep bringing BIG results in a small amount of time to deliver you the best skin of your life!

‘Tis the season for correction. There is a season for heavy hitting facial treatments like microneedling and chemical peels. The time is NOW. Why is that? Very (verrrrryyy) low sun exposure. From November til March average Minnesota UV levels are at a 0 or 1. Highly corrective facials are HUGELY CONTRAINDICATED to sun exposure. So while you can do microneedling in June, you have to avoid being outdoors in the sun for 2 weeks after. Not ideal. There is no better time to book a few microneedling sessions before warmer temps and closer sunlight hits. Put in the corrective work NOW.
Come summer, tinted SPF and a swipe of mascara is all you’ll need!
