Happy New Year!

well it's official... The Cottage Day Spa officially closed 12/31/2021. It's been an incredible experience and I thank all of you for creating such a special community. One of the things I will miss the most is seeing the transformation of your expressions/body language when you would arrive at the door, take a deep breath, and let The Cottage "experience" take over. It was such a unique space and the vibration/atmosphere that was brought to life by the clients who considered it their safe haven, made it what it was. I hope you will all hold on tight to your own special memories of the last 13 years! I know I will treasure mine..forever.

this retirement thing has a lot to live up to.. but here we are... ready...set...go!:-). I have a feeling my little Wrennie Roo has a lot of adventures in store for me!

Hi Friends,

I’m posting to let you know that I’ve decided to retire! As of now, my plan is to provide services until mid-November and then will use the rest of 2021 to deal with the physical closing of The Cottage.

After 30 years in the corporate world and almost 15 years in esthetics, the time has come to turn the page and see what lies ahead. I have a feeling my new granddaughter, Wren Claire, has a few things to teach me:-)

So if you’ve been thinking about coming in and just haven’t picked up the phone to schedule an appointment… do it!! I look forward to seeing you during the coming weeks for either one of your favorite services or just one last cup of tea in our beloved rocking chair!

If anyone has questions, please call us at 508-947-8001. I’m generally not on social media, so calling or stopping by is the best way to get me. I’ll let you know when the official dates for closing The Cottage become finalized.

Hi Friends,

I wanted to give an update on The Cottage’s reopening status.

I have recently opened for waxing and nail services (mani/pedis) only. All services, including purchases of retail products and gift certificates are by appointment only. The spa is open Tuesday – Saturday, but the actual hours are somewhat “fluid” as I’m trying my best to accommodate everyone while keeping us all safe and me sane:-)

For my facial clients, please know that I haven’t abandoned you and I miss you more than you will ever know! However, I want to be confident that I can provide those services in a relaxed and safe environment, for both of us. So I will continue to re-evaluate as I work through this re-opening journey.

Dear Friends,

Given the circumstances surrounding the coronavirus, The Cottage Day Spa is currently closed until we receive indication that it's advisable to reopen. Any updates will be posted here and on our voicemail.

Upon reopening, I will outreach to all clients who had an appointment canceled due to this closure with the hopes of getting everyone rescheduled as soon as possible.

Thanks for your patience, flexibility and support during these uncharted times. It is all very much appreciated. I look forward to welcoming you back to The Cottage sometime soon...in the meantime...take care and be well.
