For years I’ve intentionally worked out at home where my kids can see. My hope was that they would see my example and eventually follow my lead. Recently my son, Re*****on, decided that he wanted to “get good at pull ups” and formed a plan to do so. I’m happy to see that the value I put in exercise may be rubbing off on him.
