(Not your typical nail content) Last year I was 145 lbs… this year I dropped to 117 lbs without even trying. Stress, not eating enough, and honestly just not feeling like myself took a toll on me mentally and physically..

For a while I kept saying I’d get back on track… but I stayed unmotivated and stuck.

Now I’m officially a little over a week into my fitness journey and I’m going full force. Gaining healthy weight and muscle ✨

Eating better, training harder, showing up for myself, and rebuilding not just my body… but my mindset too.
