You guys. Here's a little explanation behind my story and how i got here!! I want to change peoples lives and it's starts here!!! This right here is one of my biggest insecurities. I used to eat whatever and whenever I wanted, it lead me to the picture on the left and me weighing 20-30 heavier than i wanted to (2014). Now, the picture on the right (Sept 2019), I'm so proud of myself for taking initiative and actually stepping back and asking myself what was making me unhappy and working on it! The biggest part of what is holding most people back is that we all just don't want to admit we need to go to the gym or eat better or just start making better decisions for ourselves!!
Moving to Denver has not only made me more active and aware of myself but it's given me not only one career path but TWO!! I finished a dental program so I could start working as an Orthodontic Technician and realized along the way and while I've been working that 1) i LOVE my job and I'm so so happy with where i am currently. But 2) that i think i want to further my education and go to dental school to become an Orthodontist!! that won't be for sometime BUT this has all lead from me taking a leap on a fitness journey to lead me where i am right now and truly believe that it was a part of a ripple effect!
NOW, other than wanting to eat more healthy, i have sat back and thought to myself what else can i do to my myself more happy, the motivation and drive comes when you see RESULTS people, i looked at the graveyard of products i had for my skin in my bathroom and saw that this was my new journey, R&F has completely changed my view on skincare, IT SO EASY!!!! I feel more confident leaving the house with no makeup and now here i am showing all of you my two biggest insecurities and how we all can do whatever we put our minds to and it all becomes a GIANT chain reaction and you become so committed to yourself and it's SUCH A GOOD FEELING!!
