Hi, Chris here! Checking in to let you all know it’s looking like I will need about 3 more weeks of recovery before I’m ready to get back behind the chair. Please be patient as I cannot jump right back in at the pace I was so I will be slowly transitioning back in. I may not have the availability as I usually do. Thank you for your patience 💕

To my loyal clients,
What a whirlwind these last couple months have been. Cuttin’ Loose will be up and running again tomorrow May 15th. With a bit of a face lift! Hope you all like it as much as we do!!! We have missed you all so much, and couldn’t wait to return. Unfortunately a turn of events has me (Chris) not being able to dedicate the hours to the salon that I have for many years. At this time I ask for your patience. A time has come where I need to be with my family and I hope you all will understand💕.
All clients that have been booked within last week will currently stand unless I contact you
Jennifer and Rebecca have offered to assist all of you that I have not been able to schedule at this time.
I will return to normal hrs as soon as I am able 😘

A huge Thank You to all of our clients for your patience during this rescheduling process. We want nothing more than to be able to take care of all of you asap. What can clients do to help salons navigate a new 'normal' you ask?🤔
Know you were missed terribly and your stylists is grateful for your return....
Know safety measures were created for all involved.🤗🤗🤗🤗
Know the importance of coming ALONE, extra people will not be allowed under any circumstances 😔!! This includes Children WITH A PARENT!!! We Can’t Have but 1 person at a Time !!!!
Know your stylist cannot physically work 16 hour days 7 days a week, rest is essential for all..😴
Know your initial services will take more time. Your hair has now grown more so more to work with ! Also if you have (Worked on it yourself) be upfront with your stylist - because a color or cut Correction takes extra time for us to fix an more money on your part ⌚ we NEED time between clients *To sanitize properly, to get bathroom breaks .. to eat an set down for if just 3 mins !!!
Know that coming in sick isn't an option 😔 AT ALL !!!!
Know that walk-ins will not be an option for some salons- call the salon before you leave home.📞
Know that rescheduling hundreds of clients will take time...🤔⌚
Know that when you arrive YOU WILL need to wait until your stylist gives you the go ahead text or call before entering the building, having your cell phone handy in your car will help considerably and be more timely for both. 🤗
Know that your stylist is thrilled to see you but doesn't want or NEED a hug, at this time ! your presence is the best hug ever. 😷🤗
Know that health is the biggest concern. 🤗🤗🤗
Know your stylist has already lost thousands of $$ and has no desire to replace it with a ventilator for either of you, be patient. ❤🤗
Know that if your health is already high risk, you need to wait, your health is more important..🤗
Know that a 'soft opening ' will be anything but soft on us .. please 🙄
Know that your opinion of the entire situation won't change laws and rules necessary for everyone's safety . These are the rules an we are going to follow them ! keep the conversation to hair and how we can make you beautiful♡ we have missed our talks ❤
Know that while trying to connect with your stylist there are hundreds of others attempting the same thing, responses will be slow coming as your stylist is preparing everything and answering everyone simultaneously it's not possible ! & we will contact you when know we can open back up (right NOW we do not know !) So please be patient 😳😳🤦‍♀️
Know, above all else, no one is more excited about your arrival than your stylist- help make it the best appointment ever!!! Please Please work with us . We are doing the very best we can 🙏

It is with heavy hearts that we announce that the salon will be closed per government mandate regarding COVID-19 beginning Thursday 3/19/2020 At this time, we do not know the definite return date.
