Just because you see influencers putting something on their face does not mean it is safe or meant for skin. A lot of viral skincare is honestly wild.

Eggs on the face will not tighten or nourish your skin. Skin cannot absorb protein that way and all you are doing is risking irritation and breakouts.

Olive oil and essential oil mixes belong in the kitchen, not on your face. Olive oil can clog pores and essential oils are highly concentrated and can damage the skin barrier.

Apple cider vinegar toners are far too acidic for your skin’s pH and can cause inflammation, sensitivity, and long term damage even when diluted.

Baking soda, lemon juice, sugar scrubs, salt scrubs, and toothpaste on pimples are all harsh, disruptive, and damaging to facial skin.

Natural does not automatically mean safe.

Skincare products are formulated to work with your skin’s biology, pH, and barrier. Better quality products with proper formulation give better results. Period.
