Meet Hyaluronic Acid 💧
What it does: Pulls moisture into the skin and holds it there — it can hold up to 1,000x its weight in water. This is your hydration MVP.
Best for: Every skin type, especially dry, dehydrated, or tight-feeling skin.
When to use: AM and PM, applied to damp skin (it needs water to pull from!), always followed by a moisturizer to lock it in.
When to skip/be careful: In very dry climates, applying to bone-dry skin can actually pull moisture OUT of deeper layers. Always apply to damp skin, never dry.
Pairs well with: Vitamin C, niacinamide, peptides — basically everything.
