I apologize Zumba family. Unfortunately, I'm currently not feeling 100% and need to take the day off to recharge. I won't be able to deliver my best, so it's best I reschedule. My next class will be Saturday morning at 9 AM or next Monday at 6:30 PM.

💃 Solo Dance Party for the Win!

I almost threw in the towel tonight. My stomach was nauseous, and I was completely exhausted. But instead of quitting, I logged into my Zumba app, became the student, and just danced.

Immediate happiness! ✨
