Yesterday was a great day! We started with the Hempfield recCenter Honey Run 5k which I ran the furthest I’ve ever run and did it under 30 minutes! Having my Quinn and friends by my side made it even better! Year of challenging myself continues!💪

We rounded out the day celebrating Piper’s 10th birthday and the weather was perfect! Such a fun time celebrating with friends and family 💕🎉

This time last year I couldn’t even conceive a 5k, but somehow convinced myself that 2026 was the year of challenging myself physically. Completing the MUDGIRL was a challenge I fully accepted and trained hard for. It became a reality yesterday and I’m not going to lie, I’m proud of myself! I was lucky to do it with some amazing co-workers/friends and am so thankful for the laughs and mud we all shared!

Next up, Triathlon with my team of Beth and Lindsey Kauffman 💪🚴‍♀️

Yesterday I completed my very first athletic challenge, the murph challenge . .kauffman and I trained our butts off together and what started with me not even being able to run a 1/4 mile ended with me doing the 1/2 murph in a little over 23 min, which included a 1/2 mile run, 50 pull ups, 100 pushups, 150 squats and ended in another 1/2 mile run. Did I cry at the end, I sure did! Also, I am so thankful for our friends who showed up to cheer us on🥹

I am now a warrior and ready for my next challenge 💪
