We always have family dinner on Sundays, it’s our special thing. So it was really special to have Katie capture it for us!

I’d like to introduce you all to these beauties Alicia and Janelle. Seven months ago Alicia was in a horrible car accident which then lead to being diagnosed with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome and Alicia being wheelchair bound. The doctors were telling them this is her new normal and her Mom, Janelle, fought for her and got her to a facility that was able to further her rehabilitation. She picked up and temporarily moved out of state to in Arkansas. Spending months focusing on rehabbing her Central Nervous System- helping her body heal from within. And here we are today 7 months later, 3 months out of her wheelchair and she completed her first Pilates class!!

I can only imagine the hardships they faced along the way. I truly believe there is nothing stronger than a momma bear’s fight for their child. Janelle, you are amazing.

Alicia, you are an inspiration and a gift to this world. It was my pleasure to have you in class today and move with you!!! I can’t wait to see where this life and those legs take you!! You are unstoppable!!♥️

September is here and Lite The Nite is coming right up!! We can’t wait to celebrate a night of 🏳️‍🌈PRIDE🏳️‍🌈 with our community!! 🌈mark your calendars!
