I want to sincerely apologize to my clients for the recent scheduling disruptions. The past few months have been unexpectedly hectic for my family and business. After recovering from COVID and returning to work, I discovered plumbing leaks that caused significant damage to the salon bathroom, requiring extensive repairs. Unfortunately, an additional plumbing issue occurred during the repair process, resulting in further delays.

I am working as many hours as possible to complete the repairs and get everyone rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe. Between the necessary time off for illness and handling the repairs myself, this has led to more reschedules than I ever want for my clients.

Please know how deeply grateful I am for your patience, understanding, and continued support. There are many stylists to choose from, and I truly appreciate that you choose me. ❤️

Covid is hitting me hard this year. I will be reaching out to reschedule guests as soon as possible, and will need to temporarily pause new guest intake for just a few weeks as I move appointments. Thank you for understanding ❤️

Times are tough, finances are tight for everyone, so I just wanted to put out the offer that I am happy to barter my services for items or other services that I or my family may need ❤️

Please message me if you would like to trade, I may not need what you have to offer, but the worst I could say is no. I will say, I do not need clothing, beauty services (I am not a nails-done girly), but cleaning services (even if you are not a pro), home repair services, tools we don’t have for home improvement, etc. are things I am open to!

I was raised very Catholic. I attended Catholic school, I went to church 1-3x weekly, my other side was Mormon, I went to Mormon masses on occasion.

I am an atheist, raised in Christian teachings, as it was pounded into my brain throughout my childhood. All of this has shaped me, and broken me. More nights than not are tearful as I watch society use the same teachings as a tool, while continuing to oppress, kill, or simply ignore the suffering of their neighbors both in our own country, and across the sea.

We allow the government to divide us, we build baseless barriers between us, we do not love our neighbors, how did we get here? How have we fallen so far?

I was raised to believe our purpose was to make a better world for all, no matter the social status, sexual orientation, skin color, religion, or birth place. My heart breaks more every day as I watch us move further away from this truth.
