How is everyone doing?
I hope everyone is doing great, happy, healthy and enjoying this beautiful spring weather as much as I am.

My three sons and I are doing great, happy and healthy. Our busy life and our active schedules keep us out of trouble for sure.🤣
My oldest son, Wayne Jr. is 20 years old now. He’s well behaved, respectful and healthy, he’s a hard working and very independent young man.
My second son, Samson is 18 years old now, he’s also well behaved, respectful and healthy. He’s taking the bus to work at 3am, he’s a hard working and independent young man. Samson is starting his college at this summer 2026 at Millersville University.
My youngest son, Philip is 16 years old now, he’s also well behaved, respectful and healthy. He’s planning to get a summer job soon, he wanna make $ just like his is brothers.🤣

Myself is the beast and a busy bee 🐝 I never sit still as you have know about me.🤣
My job is keeping me busy enough but I still make time to go to the gym for a few hours 5 days a week.
On the weekend, my kids and I are spending lives in the nature or going to places.

I just so you know that every friend who has met and made lifetime memories with me at Sam’s Nail Studio in Birdsboro, you will never be deleted from my mind.
I do miss you all and think about you and you all will be forever in my pure heart.

Once again, I truly much appreciated your love, your support in my 6 years of business in Birdsboro!
I’m truly grateful for the beautiful chapter that we have met and made priceless memories together!
I’m truly so blessed and I’m truly so thankful for having such many beautiful friends in my life.

Hard work pays off and I deserve it!

Years ago I had issues with my mental health and physical health, my family Dr wanted to put me on medication. That’s a BIG NO NO and It’s not a smart choice!
I decided to start my fitness journey in 2021. Of course, it’s not easy to find motivation, make time for gym especially sometimes the laziness came up with many excuses to stop me.
I’ve been pushing myself hard through the struggle moments, discipline myself and I’d not leave the gym door without a heavy sweat.

Here I am today, I’m down to size S and 120 lbs. I’m 44 years old, I look young and fit, I have so much energy.
My mental health and physical health is EXCELLENT!!!
The gym has changed my life! This’s real results are from heavy sweat and discipline.
No, medication and surgery involved!

STRONG HEART, STRONG MIND, STRONG PHYSICAL, STRONG SAM!❤️

The Mission Is Completed! In my 30 days of challenge, I did 3000 pull-ups, 3000 push-ups, 900 squats, 900 each of single leg step-up, 900 of Bulgarian split squats. No pre-workout, no energy drinks, 💯 with my real energy!
I look amazing, I feel amazing and I’m so proud of myself!❤️

I’m stronger than I think.
