For this self devotion Sunday, practice compassion with yourself. Recognize that we go through periods of time that are dark, and periods of time that are light. We cannot have one without the other, and both are necessary. Practicing compassion with ourselves is one way to show devotion to ourselves as we navigate new areas of life.
