Prenatal exercises reduce risks such as newborn complications, gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, gestational hypertension, depression, c-section, urinary incontinence...the list goes on!

With our Prenatal Programming, Mommas will improve their sense of overall well-being during pregnancy and feel prepare physically, mentally, and emotionally for the demands of child birth and having a baby. Workouts will focus on full body strengthening, and participants will be encouraged to practice listening to their bodies and advocating for themselves.
Special emphasis will be placed on proper breathing, posture, and alignment, as well as tone and function of the core and pelvic floor muscles. Joining class will create a community and support system at a time when many women can feel isolated, anxious, and alone.
