Barbie's Homebound Cuts

Sometimes my heart breaks for the elderly that I care for. Watching them get sicker and sicker, watching them become so frustrated that they no longer can do the simply things in life (that use to be easy for them) Seeing all thier money go to bills and prescriptions. No way to pay for in home care.
Life just is not fair.
I try my best to ensure every minute they have in my presence is fun and enjoyable. I want only to see them smile and know they are loved and not alone.
My heart is a little heavy tonight 😢

I'm so disappointed in the way our elderly is being treated.
The programs offered to them are a joke.
If they worked for a living, they either make to much to recieve any help or they are asked to sign over any property they have to be able to recieve help.
So many of them just want to be able to stay in thier own homes and just need an aide to help them with day to day task, but can't get any help.
Families no longer jump in and help like they did years ago 😢 because life has become so busy .
I just wish we could come up with a better way to care for our elders.

Supporting a small business is as easy as sharing this post!
