🎯 Please be aware of scam…

We had someone who came to the salon today and said she had an appointment with us. When I verified that she did not have an appointment with us we figured out that it was a scam.

This person said she works at my salon and took a deposit from this person. She eventually paid in full for a service she did not get. Not only did she lose money and time, she still needed her daughter’s hair done for an event today. Even though we were all booked, we managed to get her daughter taken care of.

I felt horrible, but these frauds are out there. Why did they choose my salon?, who knows but this is not the first time this happened but please be aware that MOOD does not take deposit unless asked to with a confirmation from one of our stylist.
