Massage Therapist, specializing in deep tissue, pre and post sports & rehabilitative therapy techniq I've been practicing massage since November 2003.

It is my goal to educate my clientele on the importance of body maintenance through monthly massage therapy sessions, regular exercise and chiropractic adjustments. It is my intention to successfully run a wellness program for my client base, where I eventually incorporate Yoga into my massage practice and help to further encourage people to live healthier and happier lives.
